Turn your Horizon Europe idea into a competitive proposal — powered by AI and expert evaluation.

This exclusive 3-session consultancy service is designed for researchers, SMEs, and universities preparing a proposal under any Horizon Europe Pillar (I, II, or III).
Through guided one-to-one sessions, you’ll learn how to strategically use AI tools to accelerate your writing process, enhance clarity and impact, and receive a full expert evaluation of your final draft.

Three structured private sessions focused on your specific proposal, guiding you step by step from idea refinement to a near-final draft.

Horizon Europe–specific AI workflow

A personalised AI-assisted writing workflow aligned with Excellence, Impact, and Implementation criteria — adapted to your Pillar (I, II, or III), action type, and maturity level.

Call- and profile-aware guidance

The approach is adapted to your profile (individual researcher, SME, or institution) and to the logic of your call (MSCA, ERC, EIC, collaborative actions, etc.).
No generic templates or one-size-fits-all advice.

Human-led expert supervision

AI is used as a support tool, not an author.
All strategic decisions, structure, and feedback are provided by experienced Horizon Europe experts.

Final draft expert evaluation

A full external review of your final draft before submission, including:

  • strengths and weaknesses,

  • clarity and coherence issues,

  • alignment with evaluator expectations,

  • concrete improvement recommendations.

Faster drafting with controlled quality

AI is used to speed up drafting, improve clarity, and reduce rewriting cycles — without compromising compliance or strategic coherence.

Data confidentiality and ethical use of AI

  • All proposal material, ideas, drafts, and background documents remain strictly confidential and are used only for delivering this service.

  • Your content is not stored, not reused, and not used for AI model training, fine-tuning, or improvement.

  • Your prompts, workflows, and outputs are never shared with or reused for other clients.

  • The service is compatible with Horizon Europe requirements on ethics, IP, and responsible AI use.

Who this service is for

  • Individual researchers and postdoctoral fellows (MSCA, ERC, individual schemes)

  • SMEs and startups preparing innovation-driven proposals

  • Universities and RTOs seeking focused support for specific proposals

  • Applicants who want to use AI safely, strategically, and under expert control

What makes this different

  • One-to-one consultancy, not a course or group training

  • AI is used as a writing accelerator, not a content generator

  • Focus on proposal logic and evaluation criteria, not text volume

  • Combines AI-supported drafting and expert external evaluation

  • Designed for real submissions, not demonstrations

Typical outcomes

  • Clearer proposal structure and stronger narrative flow

  • Better alignment with Excellence–Impact–Implementation criteria

  • Reduced drafting time and fewer revision cycles

  • Early detection of weaknesses before submission

  • A reusable, safe AI-assisted writing approach for future proposals

This is not a generic AI writing tool.
It is a hands-on, expert-led consultancy service for applicants who want to submit stronger Horizon Europe proposals with confidence.
