Focus on CSA – Coordination Support Action and FSTP - Financial Support to Third Parties

Considering the latest disruptive developments in AI and further to the big success of our previous live training on AI where we gave focus on RIA/IA type of actions, this time we organise a second workshop with focus on CSA (Coordination Support Actions) as well as to Cascade Funding/Financial Support to Third Parties. For this, we will have as a use case Call the Excellence Hubs in Horizon Europe   and create with AI each of the parts in the grant application and ALSO compare them with winning sections/extracts from previous successful proposals under Excellence Hubs. We will update you also with the latest developments in AI.

Learning objectives

All participants including the ones who participated in a previous workshop on AI and Horizon Europe will achieve the following learning objectives

1. Get the latest developments in AI and understand what AI can do and cannot do in proposal writing 
2. Understand the full proposal development cycle in CSA - Coordination Support Actions (Use Case Excellence Hubs in Horizon Europe) and how AI can help you
3. Master the use of AI tools for developing the Excellence Part of the grant application in CSA - Coordination Support Actions (Use Case Excellence Hubs in Horizon Europe)
4. Master the use of AI tools for developing the Impact Part of the grant application in CSA - Coordination Support Actions (Use Case Excellence Hubs in Horizon Europe)
5. Master the use of AI tools for developing the Implementation Part of the grant application in CSA - Coordination Support Actions (Use Case Excellence Hubs in Horizon Europe)

The idea behind this workshop is not only to inform you on the latest developments in AI as well as to familiarise you with proposal writing based on AI tools but also to compare the results with winning examples from previous successful proposals. 

Core Course values

Value 1: No previous expertise is needed on AI or on proposal writing. We will provide the full recipe, therefore no prior knowledge is needed. Participants will learn not only how to write a winning proposal with the support of AI or how to get involved to one as a partner but also how to do it with a fraction of the effort and time normally needed.

Value 2: Training will be based on CSA (Coordination Support Actions) as well as to Cascade Funding/Financial Support to Third Parties. For this, we will have as a use case Call the Excellence Hubs in Horizon Europe   to ensure immediate full applicability of all the knowledge shared

Value 3: Outcomes from AI will be compared with extracts from winning proposals under a related call for direct comparison

Participants:

Actors interested in initiating their own proposal or joining other proposals.

Consultants or professional grant writers, as well as individuals or organisations from Turkey cannot participate in this training.The latter is for conflict of interest precautions since the trainer is involved till March 2024 in a public contract with Turkish authorities.
